You don’t need to become someone else.
You need room to reconnect with yourself.
More clarity. More intention. A life that feels like yours.
Coaching creates space to slow down, look beneath the surface, and understand what is actually shaping your choices. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, where you feel disconnected, and what you want to move toward.
Sometimes the next step isn’t doing more. It’s understanding more.
A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD
Coaching is a place to pause long enough to hear yourself clearly. We look at the expectations, habits, and stories influencing your decisions—not because you need to fix or reinvent yourself, but because understanding them gives you more room to choose. From there, we can begin identifying what matters, what feels out of alignment, and what you want to move toward.
01
Look beneath the surface
Notice the patterns, expectations, and old stories shaping how you move through life.
02
Reconnect with what matters
Get clearer on your values, needs, and what you want—not simply what is expected of you.
03
Choose your next steps
Turn insight into intentional decisions and meaningful changes in everyday life.
I'm a curious person. Maybe a little relentlessly so.
I've always wanted to know what's underneath things. Why does this keep happening? What's the pattern? What's missing? What could work better? I see connections and possibilities everywhere—in people, relationships, businesses, systems, and the ordinary details of everyday life. I can turn a casual conversation into an exploration of the human condition pretty quickly. (Fair warning.) I'm not particularly good at accepting "that's just how it is" as a satisfying answer.
A decade spent caring for people within a system I couldn't always change shaped the way I see the world. I saw how easily our circumstances, experiences, and the stories we tell ourselves can become the boundaries of what we believe is possible. It left me curious about the space between what we're experiencing, what we've come to believe about it, and what might still be available to us. Because information is useful, but information that leaves us at a dead end? What are we supposed to do with that?
I'm interested in the experience of actually being alive. Not just getting through the day, checking the boxes, accomplishing the things, and keeping up with everyone else's version of a good life. I care about joy, pleasure, connection, truth, love, and the small, often overlooked things that make our days feel meaningful. I also believe there's room for the hard things—the experiences that deserve to be acknowledged, understood, and integrated without being allowed to dictate everything that comes next.
This is what draws me to the work I do. I believe we're worthy of a life that feels good now, not someday when we've finally figured everything out or become someone else. We're continually learning, changing, and becoming, and the small choices we make along the way have a remarkable influence on the lives we're creating.
I'm Amey Peterson, a holistic life coach. I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, recognize the patterns shaping their lives, and discover what's possible when they begin making choices with greater intention. My role is to create space for that exploration, challenge familiar ways of thinking, and help people reconnect with their own capacity to shape what comes next.

A little space to think. A different perspective. A chance to get curious about what's possible.
Sometimes it helps to have someone outside your usual orbit ask a different question, notice a pattern, or help you look at something from a new angle.
That's where we'll start.
We'll explore what's going on in your life, what matters to you, what's been getting in the way, and what you'd like to be different. No need to have it all figured out before you arrive.
This is an opportunity to slow down, get curious, and leave with a little more clarity than you came with.
The conversation is complimentary, and there's no obligation to continue.
